**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We seek someone passionate about home furnishing/furniture, with a good engineering background. With proper training and involvement, this person would eventually be able to take the lead in certain categories of product engineering, testing and its dispositions independently.

The person should be enthusiastic, keen to learn, with a great eye for design and detail.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for 3D CAD Product modelling and FEA Product simulation analysis.
- Research, prepare and update CAD Material Database, drawing templates and documentation.
- Understanding Product assemblies, BOM, and mechanical assemblies.
- Support engineering process continuous improvement and implementation, to secure product development speed and efficiency across product categories.
- Work within the product development process to review, optimize and create Engineering system, process flow, standard operating procedure, design guides, and load calculators.
- Develop a strong technical knowledge-base and business rapport across all Brands, WSGO regional furniture engineers and testing engineers.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum diploma, undergraduate or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years software experience in 2D & 3D CAD (Preferably Solidworks and Draftsight).
- 3D printing process/knowledge (is good to have but not required)
- Good knowledge in Mechanical Engineering principles, Product Assemblies and understanding of Materials science.
- Effective communication and report writing skills in English (Chinese is helpful but not required).
- Independent and organized with the ability to lead and drive projects to successful completion.
- Possess effective interpersonal skills, and a team player.
