Being one of the leaders in the Marketing Agencies in S.E.A., Vision Org. mission is to assist local clients to improve Brand recognition, continuously grow their customer base, and provide the best marketing solutions.

You will be working closely with big names in the market, from local telco companies to overseas banks, we need a person who possesses relevant skills in the face-to-face marketing field. A keen interest in leadership that in the future may lead to managing our marketing campaigns.

**What You'll Learn**

**Hone your analytical skills**
- You’ll learn to analyze consumer behaviour
- You’ll have opportunities to partner with different clients

**Develop your communication skills**:

- Learn how to coordinate and collaborate with customers
- Conduct training and presentations for sales personnel

**Build your leadership skills**:

- Oversee campaign strategies and performance
- Spearhead campaign

**Core responsibilities**:

- Create a brand message that is enduring that will result in increased sales and market share
- Strengthen brand message and presence in the market
- Monitor current competitors
- Analyse current market share and evaluate areas of opportunities and improvements
- Work closely with teammates in the company to ensure brand consistency
