**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Warehouse Logistics
- Packing, organising and labelling of cargos
- Receiving cargos and signing off documents.
- Manning of the reception counter to attend to deliveries can calls for deliveries
- Ensure accuracy of the items received and highlight to buyer in charge any discrepancies/ damage found
- Prepare shipping documents and send it on time to clients where applicable.

Prepare Delivery Order and assist in cargos collection from forwarders.

Procurement Admin
- Assist in Procurement Orders Processing in Microsoft Dynamics
- Process online orders and ensure delivery process is complete
- Setting up of new online vendor accounts.
- Getting quotes for courier cost & book arrangement for small packages where applicable.

Any other admin scope assigned

**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**
- Ensures Accountability - holding self accountable to meet commitments and deadlines.
- Anticipate Needs - the ability to anticipate the needs and complete the tasks without the need of constant supervision.
- Time Management - making and allocating time properly by planning tasks adequately

Detailed Oriented - to catch potential typos and grammatical errors. Having an eye for details ensure tasks are properly executed and trustworthy.

**QUALIFICATION GUIDE**
- Education: Minimum ITE graduate
- Communication: Fluent both in Oral and written English communication
- Experience: Minimum 2 year of solid experience on Warehouse & Admin Assistant role.
