The Contracts Analyst supports contract requirements for Chevron’s Global Supply and Trading Organization.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Negotiate and execute Oil and Gas trading Contracts, Master agreements &/or Confirmation Notices with counterparties.- Timely and accurate preparation of contracts by validating trade details to determine appropriate contract terms for the sale, purchase, exchange, processing, and transportation of Oil and Gas commodities.- Review & validate Contract clauses in General Terms and Conditions (GTCs), Master Agreements &/or Confirmation Notices to ensure Chevron's interests are properly represented.- Coordinate internal SME reviews and corresponds with the counterparty (including responses to their replies).- Review & respond to 3rd Party Contracts- Provide tender reviews and guidance to the trading organization.- Update system reports, such as control monitor reports in the internal trading systems (Endur, RightAngle, etc.).- Support any digital initiatives rollout and perform other administrative duties such as filing of documents, audits, and others.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree- Preferably at least 1-2 years of contracts management or related experience in oil and gas industry- Business Acumen - Knowledge of cross commodity trading activity, contract preparation and RightAngle or other trading systems.- Execution - Ability to prepare contacts in a fast-paced trading environment with a high degree of attention to detail and prioritize work to meet customer requirements.

Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

International Considerations:
Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
