Whether through individual counseling, group support, or community engagement, the FSCs strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those they serve.

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Assume a secondary role in case management through providing support to case workers. To co-work with case workers in relation to clients and their family members through casework towards supporting the family’s needs.
- Support Admin Executive in performing administrative duties for the centre
- Provide logistics and administrative support of FSC programmes (e.g. group work, community work)
- Source and coordinate resources, brokering of services to meet the needs of clients

**_Requirements:_**
- Diploma in Social Work/in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Good Team Player
