**Overview**

You will support the InSP project in CPH, so as to ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis. This may include support in the areas of procurement, project KPI tracking or project deliverables, data management, logistics and secretarial support and facilities management.

**Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will be to carry out the following activities under supervision:
2. Manage, maintain, and update project’s archival as part of Knowledge Management.

3. Manage, maintain, and update project’s shared folders as part of InSP Evaluation.

4. General administrative matters pertaining to the project, including taking notes of meeting, maintaining an inventory of project’s assessment booklets / resources / assessment tools, creating and disseminating certificates of attendance, creating and disseminating relevant EDMs for trainings, etc.)

5. Support the project before and after training sessions (e.g., booking of venue, photocopying of training notes, etc.).

6. Perform data entry, management and analysis, including KPI reporting, updating and maintaining the data sources and documents.

7. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer/ Management.

**Requirements**:
1. Educational qualifications
- A minimum educational qualification of Degree from a recognised institution

2. Knowledge & Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Qualtrics (e.g., for surveys)
- Proficient in data management (e.g., data cleaning, data analysis, R-programming language, generating graphs and tables, etc.)
- (preferred) At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- (preferred) Experience in the Early Intervention or Preschool sectors
