The Senior Manager in Centre for Information Management (CIM) will lead a team to support DSTA Registry Operations and Services in accordance to DSTA governance framework, drive process reviews, digitalization and initiatives in document and vehicle management to meet DSTA’s evolving needs.
The role will require you to:
- Lead and manage day-to-day Registry operations and services to comply with DSTA Governance Framework and align with international and national standards and practices for optimal document and vehicle management.
- Plan and develop DSTA Document Management Roadmap for physical documents including storage, retrieval and disposal.
- Formalise governance framework and processes for Document Accounting & Registration (DAR) System for physical classified documents. Evaluate, test and implement DAR capabilities.
- Review, recommend and drive digitalisation initiatives with key stakeholders (e.g. DSTA management/entities, MINDEF/SAF, external agencies) in document management to meet organisation's evolving business needs.
- Manage DSTA Vehicle Management services including leasing, accident management and despatch.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of working experience in leading and managing teams with strong people and project management skills; able to plan and optimise resource to fulfil outcomes.
- Able to plan, organise, assess and manage organisation’s governance/business requirements and users' needs and products/solutions.
- Good written, communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact and engage senior management, internal and external counterparts and team members.
- Competency in Records Management (RM) operations with good knowledge in government’s Instruction Manual in RM.
- Competency in data/business analytics and visualisation and relevant tools is preferred.
- Highly motivated; able to drive document management and digitalisation initiatives.
- Resourceful and able to make decision independently.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; good in systematic and critical thinking.
