To manage, plan and coordinate the OT supply/inventory for surgical cases

**Key accountabilities**: 1. Manage surgical supplies and stock par levels.
2. Achieve cost effective inventory control.
3. Co-ordinate and communicate with all suppliers, hospital material management and OT staff.
4. Monitor and replenish surgical stock
5. Ensure quality products and services are rendered on time
6. Assist in the physical stock and follow through with all expired stock
7. Ensure proper housekeeping such as FIFO
8. Work closely with OT staff to maintain the surgical supplies at set par level
9. Perform Goods Receipt within 48 hour upon receiving the goods
10. Management of recalls from suppliers
11. Supervise junior store keeper

**Qualifications & Experience**: 1. GCE ‘O’ Level
2. At least 2 years’ experience in storekeeping and inventory control.
3. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Is meticulous, proactive and responsible
5. People oriented, flexible, adaptable and positive working attitude
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
