As a part of this group, the VP of Product will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology in a rapidly growing industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Serving as a consultant to the CTO when dealing with sensitive information
- Relaying valuable information from meetings to the product team
- Determining operational and product issues and resolving them as soon as possible
- Successfully leading the team from the planning to execution stages of the product
- Keeping executives up to date with the latest developments regarding the product
- Collaborating efficiently with business partners
- Incorporating efficient management techniques to track problems and take appropriate action
- Create the technical vision for the company's products and are responsible for product strategy and initiatives to support the business’s overall goals.
- Champion the needs of both the customer and the business.
- Build a team of Product Owners, Technical Product Owner and Product Analyst
- In charge of organizing a product team to help them carry out specific goals including developing a product roadmap.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience leading product development in a software/technology organization
- Previous experience working in a financial services industry is preferred
- Experience in SaaS, Financial Services or Start up companies
- Strong track record of building and launching successful products
- Experience with product management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to use data to drive product decisions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
