**Crypto Operations Specialist/Manager**

**Responsibilities**
- ** Wallet Management**:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain hot, warm, and cold wallets across multiple custodians.
- Execute and verify crypto deposits, withdrawals, and internal wallet transfers.
- Coordinate address whitelisting, KYT/travel rule checks, and wallet tagging processes.
- **OTC Settlement & Treasury Operations**:
- Oversee daily Crypto CFD and spot OTC trading flows, ensuring accurate execution, hedging, and exposure management.
- Operate and maintain MT5 and OneZero Hub systems, including pricing streams, symbol setup, and margin parameters.
- Manage real-time position monitoring, P&L validation, and reconciliation of trade data across multiple systems.
- Coordinate with liquidity providers (LPs) to ensure best execution, competitive pricing, and consistent market depth.
- Support configuration and integration of new CFD pairs, including stablecoins, altcoins, and major crypto assets.
- **Operational Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Track and investigate transaction anomalies or exceptions.
- Maintain transaction logs and assist in generating audit/compliance reports.
- Support MAS reporting and regulatory record-keeping where needed.
- **Process Improvement & Support**:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of SOPs related to digital asset operations.
- Support integration testing for new upstream providers or custodians.
- Provide operational support for ad hoc crypto initiatives and projects.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Knowledge of Blockchain explorer tools.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, finance).
- Familiarity with multi-venue liquidity routing and aggregator systems.
- Ability to respond promptly to operational issues, including outside regular hours when required.

- 1-3 years of experience in crypto operations, treasury, settlement, or digital asset custody.
- Proficiency with MT5, OneZero Hub, or equivalent trading and liquidity aggregation platforms.
- Strong understanding of blockchain confirmations, token standards, and settlement flows.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Experience working under MAS-regulated environments or understanding of PSA (Payment Services Act) is advantageous.
