**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Debt Recovery & Collections**:

- Negotiate payment terms and debt settlement plans with clients while adhering to company policies.
- Implement recovery strategies to meet or exceed recovery targets.
- **Account Monitoring**:

- Track and monitor overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups on delinquent accounts.
- Identify accounts at risk of default and implement proactive measures to prevent further delinquency.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Maintain positive relationships with clients by handling issues professionally and empathetically.
- Educate clients on repayment options, financial solutions, and available assistance programs.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Keep accurate records of all communications and agreements with clients.
- Prepare regular reports on recovery activities, success rates, and overall debt levels for management review.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the legal department on cases that may require legal action.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as customer service and finance, to facilitate smooth debt recovery processes.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
- Empathy and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations with customers.

Pay: From $1,500.00 per month
