**The Organisation**:
Design Orchard Retail Showcase (DORS) is located at level one of Design Orchard which is situated in the center of Orchard Road. The retail showcase is a joint government project, and its objective is to provide a physical retail space for new and emerging designers, at the renowned shopping belt of Singapore.

DORS has the largest collection of locally-based designer brands in Singapore. Textile and Fashion Federation (TAFF) has been appointed by STB to operate the space with effect from 1 Aug 2020.

**Role Overview**:
The Retail Executive is a key member of the DORS family and the face of DORS to our customers. Knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, you will provide a unique experience that embodies our Brand DNA.

As this role is in a service environment, the Retail Executive should be someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills with a great and welcoming personality. He/she should inspire, lead and develop the team to deliver a seamless customer experience to make every visit to DORS unforgettable.

As a Retail Executive, you will have opportunities for growth and career progression; both within the Store (Supervisor / Manager positions) or within other functions such as Retail Operations, Marketing and more.

- Welcome and engage customers by providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and build customer base and loyalty
- Develop client relationships through an individual approach and leveraging on the CRM and Marketing tools
- Maximize sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the store including cashiering and housekeeping duties to ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display standards
- Manage stock levels and assist in making decisions with regards to stock control.
- Ensure that safety, security, and administration procedures are followed.
- Have good product knowledge of the products in store.
- Assist with any other duties and tasks as assigned by our Store Manager
**Pre-requisites**:

- Are self-motivated and a good communicator.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Have a positive, cheerful demeanor, and be a team player.
- Are excited about, and supportive of, local fashion brands, products, and stories.
- Are enthusiastic about speaking, storytelling, and recommending said products.
- Want to be part of a retail family that sets common goals and works together to create a positive, supportive work and retail environment.
