**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**

To handle the sales performance, pricing, merchandising, inventory, buying, aspect of the business.
- Manage and monitor sell through and inventory levels, packing material compilation and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain stock levels
- Planning and execution of work-in-progress to completion with overseas vendors.
- Liaise with factories, distributors and suppliers on specifications, construction and production progress.
- Process and follow up on all bulk orders, ad-hoc orders and special orders.
- Negotiate for best prices with factories and meeting ETD and ETA deadlines.
- Track and ensure quality control and timely deliveries for all orders.
- **Requirements**:

- Strong coordination while multi-tasking to meet deadlines
- Strong project management, organizational skills and detail oriented
- Good problem solving and analytical skill
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills
- Experience in an e-commerce setting is a huge plus
