**Your new company**

A leading commodity trader specialising in LNG, Coal and Freight with a platform to trade across all key markets, where your focus would be on key financial matters affecting the company and for the design, implementation, maintenance and operation of financial processes and internal controls.

**Your new role**
- Invoice creation, distribution, reconciliation and settlement of physical and financial trading activities for Coal, LNG and Freight (Accounts Payable/Receivable)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve invoice reconciliation discrepancies proactively and timely
- Work with operations team to clear overdue Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable items and non-allocated cash
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements around settlements processes
- Ensure the Settlements team SOP documentation are kept updated
- Ensure correct tax treatment of invoices

- Good communication, where you'd be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
