- Description:
- **Manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring its continuing suitability and effective in supporting the company business and operations needs**:

- **Implement and maintain the quality system in compliance to the requirements and standards set by the International Organization for Standards (ISO)**:

- **Review and maintain the company's quality and procedures documents**:

- **Conduct internal audit on company's QMS to ensure adherence to standards**:

- **Act as the liaison officer for the Company as and when there is internal or external audit conducted by the certification body, internal auditor or customer on the company's QMS**:

- **Follow up with respective departments to implement necessary corrective action after audits**:

- **Implements and coordinates the vendor qualification program with the Supply Chain Management department to establish a pool of reliable vendors/partners**:

- **Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) awareness training to staff**:

- **Participate in tender on QA specifications**:

- **Conduct QMS audits of vendors**:

- **Initiate action to prevent/ minimize the occurrence of any nonconformity relating to the product, process and quality system**:

- **Identify and record any problem relating to the product, process and quality system**:

- **Initiate, recommend or provide solutions to product and process quality issues through designated channels**:

- **Assist in customer audit**:

- **Conduct regular QA meetings**:

- **Manage the Documentation Control Center (DCC), oversee the DCC procedures and documents**

**Job Requirements**
- **Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, or a related field**:

- **ISO9001 Lead Auditor Certification**:

- **At least 3 years experience in System Integration, Production or Manufacturing fields**:

- **Proven experience in QA management rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills**:

- **Great attention to detail and a result driven approach**:

- **Knowledgeable in audit methodology**:

- **Strong analytical and critical thinking skills**:

- **Self-motivated with a strong work ethic**:

- **Competent report writing ability**:

- **Ability to work as a team and independently, with minimum guidance.**:
