**Responsibilities**
- Drafting and preparation of legal/court documents, maintaining documents/correspondences and ensuring all information is organised/filed in a systematic manner
- Assist seniors lawyers to manage files and handle multiple cases and deliver quality work under pressure and within deadlines
- Manage own files under supervision, handle multiple projects and deliver quality work under pressure and within deadlines
- Ensure the client is kept regularly informed on the progress of the matter
- Exercise high standards of client care in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure confidentiality and security of the firm’s and client’s documentation and information
- Any other ad-hoc cases, projects and task assigned by the lawyers

**Qualifications**
- Effectively bilingual in English and Japanese (verbal & written) - to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and to handle documents written in Japanese language.
- Good ground in legal knowledge and skills
- Meticulous and a detailed person
- Independent and able to multi-task
