Job Description Summary: Mac Administration Engineering team MTS that will support all end users with software and hardware concerns in the Mac environment at PayPal.

**Job Description**:
**In your day-to-day role, your responsibilities include**:

- Collaborate with various teams and senior leadership to implement features and develop the roadmap for Jamf/Apple Deployment
- Develop, test, and maintain macOS system configurations, including baseline builds for all new devices deployed throughout PayPal and its subsidiaries.
- Work with IT Support to troubleshoot client issues for macOS/Jamf Pro.
- Develop, test, and maintain framework for Apple DEP

**What do you need to bring**:

- Expert knowledge of Jamf Pro (Certification preferred)
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python or Perl
- 3+ years of experience architecting, deploying, and troubleshooting macOS.
- Advanced knowledge of macOS fundamentals including networking, command line, security, and file system management
- 3+ years of enterprise-level client integration and deployment
- Mac certifications a plus
- Familiarity with Apple deployment workflows, including the Device Enrollment Program and Apple Business Manager.

- Scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Microsoft O365
