We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our team in providing end user support and daily IT operations. You will be responsible for implementing IT operations according to policy, response to IT related issues, and providing technical support to end-users.

What you will be doing:

- Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers, software deployment, VPN connectivity support.
- Resolve Windows/Mac hardware and software issues.
- Perform laptop imaging and deployment (Mac and Windows)
- Assist and manage staff onboarding/off-boarding of company’s IT assets
- Maintain asset management, update, and control IT asset inventory
- Google Suite Workspace user account and security management
- Maintain all IT backend software systems.
- Assist on the deployment and act as IT project coordinator for any new project deployment.
- Assist on security audit & assessment.
- Prepare the monthly management report for management review.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.

What you will need:

- Diploma or degree in computer sciences, information technology or related discipline
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS)
- Understanding of basic TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN & WAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals
- Knowledge of basic setup and configuration of firewall, VPN, IP phones, wireless controller and access points is a plus
- Administration experience for Windows / MacOS
- Experience with Windows, MacOS image deployment and image creation is a must
- Experience with Google Suite Workspace management and administration such as basic user provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts. Having advanced knowledge such as DMARCH configuration, SPF records configuration is advantageous but not a must.
- Knowledge or experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, to monitor, manage and secure company-owned mobile devices/laptops (Windows/Mac/iOS/Android), will be a plus

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
