Principal Engineer High Voltage Technology Development
**About GlobalFoundries**
**Introduction**
Opportunity in advanced eNVM technology development, as a Principal Engineer you will be responsible for driving a differentiated technology (eNVM) development through various maturity milestones (from proof-of-concept to ready-for-production) by meeting the requirements for electrical, mechanical, thermal, reliability, and customer specifications and contribute to GlobalFoundries corporate objective to be the leader in providing feature-rich solution to customers.
**Your Job**
- To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements
- To work with different teams (process module, device, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes
- To integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase.
- To characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements
- Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development
- To perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues
