- Cloning databases for Oracle e-business Suite, Patching databases
- analysis, configuration, development of shell scrips, scheduling and monitoring jobs, production rollout, performance tuning, supporting testing activities and working with product vendors for product related issues.
- Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients, communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
- Familiarity with Oracle database 11g/12c/19c.
- Tuning of performance, power planning, and optimization of systems
- Control of databases, troubleshooting, administration, backup and recovery, maintenance of space in a 24x7 development environment.
- Review and troubleshooting SQL queries and recommendations for performance enhancement.
- WebLogic efficiency Tuning and Troubleshooting from the viewpoint of Oracle EBS
- Oracle Golden Gate and weblogic Skills are highly desired
- Sharp technical troubleshooting skills
- An good understanding of support processes
- Ability to manage escalated technical situations & develop action plans
- Ability to spot proactive services that benefit of customer
- Ability to facilitate issues with Development and Support
- Strong analytical skills
- DBA/Consultant/Support Engineer
- BS and/or MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
