**What you will be responsible for**:

- Drive expansion of mining data center footprint, consistent improvements on global consistency and on new initiatives to transform the day to day operations in line with business strategies.
- Lead the global mining data centre projects, including sourcing, construction, operation and so on;
- Responsible for day-to-day execution, capacity management, leadership of a project and operations members as well as coordination with global team;
- Drive strategic planning and priorities for data center operations;
- Establish patronship and manage vendor relationship including supplier, business clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the best efficiency of mining data center construction and management;
- Lead a diverse team - shape a collaborative, transparent, and entrepreneurial culture, in tandem with the extended global operations team located across different continents;
- Oversee on the ground incident response, problem resolution, and change management to support customer experience;
- Ensures compliancy to the local legislations on the day-to-day operations/engineering incl. new builds globally.

**How you will stand out**:

- A good degree in Engineering, Project Management and other relevant fields, MBA or master degree or equivalent experiences will be added plus;
- Demonstrated track record of mining data center operations management and maintenance or similar, leadership and cross functional management experience;
- Experience optimizing a growing and evolving business - leading a large organization through a period of rapid growth, merger integration, or business transition;
- Experienced in leading and operating in a matrix environment;
- Focus on execution and results - establishing high standards for performance, setting goals and developing plans, following through and holding people accountable for results;
- Ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision and influence;
- Financial acumen and ability to connect operational objectives to financial results;
- Flexible for traveling post Covid-19 period (up to 50% a year).
