**Title : Supplier Quality Team Lead**:
**Reports to : Quality Systems Manager**:
**Job Purpose**:
The Supplier Quality Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Supplier Quality Engineers to assess, monitor and continually improve the quality of parts, products and services delivered by suppliers.

**Key Functions**:

- Drive all aspects of continuous improvement of the quality of parts, products and services delivered by suppliers.
- Develop and manage a framework for monitoring supplier quality, with explicit measurement of defect rates, consistent with the Technology Concurrent Lifecycle Management System and Supply Chain Services Management System.
- Review and analyze supplier quality performance, deviations and returned product reports.
- Ensure improvement of the supplier quality engagement programs.
- Manage supplier quality audits, including audit planning and scheduling and remedial work plans.
- Develop and implement parts and supplier qualification plans.
- Support development and execution of remedial work plans by suppliers to address quality nonconformances.
- Have good working knowledge of internal and external management systems.
- Mentor Supplier Quality Engineers.

**Skills and experience**:

- **Minimum Education**:Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- **Experience**:6-8 years of related experience from a manufacturing environment
- Confident communicator, fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Knowledge of Pressure Directive, IECEx, ASME standards is preferred
- Lead auditor for ISO9001:2015 is preferred.
