We are looking for an Outreach and Partnership Executive who like to join us in our journey to address these issues.

**About Us
**TRCL (The RICE Company Ltd) is a not-for-profit arts and culture charity with Institute of Public Character (IPC) status. The organisation is committed to addressing the social divide through creative and artistic intervention for the underserved with the aim of building a more resilient Singapore community. In this, TRCL manages three funds - The Business Times Budding Artists Fund, The #Engage Initiative, and the Fund for Fun.

**The Funds We Manage**
The Business Times Budding Artists Fund (BTBAF) is a charity fund that was set up to offer opportunities for underserved children and youth who display artistic potential and commitment to be formally trained in the arts.

The #Engage Initiative is a charity fund looking to bridge the digital divide and emerged in response to the pandemic. We are looking at developing digital arts programmes for the underserved children and youth.

Fund for Fun is a charity fund which seeks to provide arts and wellness programmes and public artworks in spaces that invite interaction, provide positive distraction and uplift the spirit of the community.

You should be comfortable in the areas of events management, donor relations and administrative work. Other duties are listed below:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Manager to administer fundraising and outreach programmes/events.
- Assist to attend to fundraising and outreach enquiries.
- Assist Manager to administer major fundraising events throughout the year.
- Main event coordinator between multiple partners, vendors, stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Main point of contact during event day operations, rehearsals, set-up / tear-down.
- Ensuring the prompt closure of financial accounts, after all events.
- Maintaining and updating donors’ database, preparing donor reports, follow up on donations and donation documents.
- Assist Manager for gifting to major donors during festive seasons (Chinese New Year, mid-autumn, dragon boat festival, Christmas).
- Other related ad-hoc projects.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in any discipline. Diploma / Degree in Arts Management or Events Management is an advantage.
- Have keen interest to help underserved children/youth, in the area of arts and culture.
- Ability to multi-task and attention to details.
- Can work in fast paced environment.
- Possess good inter-personal skills.
- Having a keen interest in the Arts and Education is a pre-requisite.
- Can work both independently and in a team.
