Project Controller

A wonderful opportunity for a motivated Project Controller to join our Portfolio, Programme and Commercial Management team at Mott MacDonald, delivering iconic infrastructure and development projects in Singapore and across ASEAN. A multitude of growth areas including Project Management, Contract and Commercial Management, and Risk Management.
- Providing coordinated and accurate cost, schedule, and risk reporting to support Project Managers in driving successful delivery
- Request, collate and interpret performance data from various sources, yielding succinct reports related to project schedule, resource, and cost performance against baseline targets.
- In conjunction with other team members, produce commentary with respect to variances to baseline including recovery proposals
- Engaging with project teams to implement Mott MacDonald internal governance processes
- Support Bid Managers, Project Managers and Commercial Managers in commercial, contractual and variation negotiations
- Undertake targeted support / interventions where project teams are struggling, with guidance from Senior Controllers
- Assist to identify and develop digital solutions and automation for Project Control functions
- Serve as an interface point to facilitate status updates and negotiations between project teams, Project Managers and Project Directors
- Earned Value management of projects through Mott Macdonald’s Project Management systems (Deltek Connect Business)

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s Degree holder (Preferably Project Management)
- Minimum 3 years work experience in monitoring and controlling project budgets, schedules and scopes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in English
- Proficient in Microsoft office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and develop measures/systems to drive efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Projects, advantageous if proficient in Primavera P6
- Knowledge in coding with Python and/or Microsoft Excel VBA will be advantageous.
