Our client is a global logistics company specializing in air and sea freight. With a focus on efficiency and reliability, it provides comprehensive logístical solutions to businesses worldwide. Currently experiencing rapid expansion, its Singapore office is seeking dynamic individuals to join its team.

**Role of a Logistics Controller (Sea Freight services for Key Accounts)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client relationships and handle order processing and servicing
- Foster growth in client relationships
- Provide accurate quotations based on understanding of client and office tariffs
- Oversee end-to-end operations for freight bookings, including document handling and creation
- Communicate effectively with agents, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the shipment process
- Coordinate internal communications between offices/clients on shipments
- Utilize CargoWise for file creation and management
- Handle client invoicing and reconcile vendor invoices
- Ensure systems are kept up to date throughout the process (CargoWise)
- Ensure adherence to shipping processes
- Understand and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in Logistics
- General understanding of Imports, Exports, Warehousing, Customs, and Rates
- Proficiency in Sea Freight operations, including Importing, Exporting, and Cross Trades
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to use the internet for research and understanding
- Familiarity with CargoWise preferred
