**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing the overall risk strategy of the company.
- Manage day-to-day risk management & risk intelligence operations against defined KPIs in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Cultivate strong and lasting collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple functions across the company
- Influence cross-functional roadmaps and strategic investments as an advocate for our community and businesses across product, policy, process, systems, data/analytics
- Drive continuous improvement, step-change innovation, goal alignment and execution planning to deliver on immediate and long-term goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor and or above degree is preferred.
- 10+ years relevant experience gained from reputable company along with strong business acumen.
- Strategic thinker with proven track record of transforming operations through innovation and continuous improvement
- A seasoned professional who can resolve complex issues in agile and effective ways.
- Strong leadership with experience in leading team.
