Key Responsibilities:
1. **Guest Relations**: Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

2. **Mandarin Communication**: Fluent Mandarin communication skills required for effectively assisting Mandarin-speaking guests.

3. **Housekeeping**: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the yacht, including guest cabins, lounges, and public areas.

4. **Food and Beverage Service**: Assist with meal service, including preparation, serving, and cleanup.

5. **Inventory Management**: Keep track of inventory for guest amenities, ensuring supplies are well-stocked.

6. **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and crew.

7. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other crew members to provide seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.

8. **Special Requests**: Handle any special requests or arrangements from guests with professionalism and attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical fitness for duties such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
