**As a Sales Promoter, Your Role Will Include**:

- **Expert Knowledge**:Master the ins and outs of Teka appliances, understanding their unique features, benefits, and competitive edge.
- **Customer Interaction**:Engage with customers warmly, providing insightful information and answering their queries.
- **Sales Strategy**:Utilize effective sales techniques to guide customers towards making purchases, including leveraging promotions and overcoming objections.
- **Exceptional Service**:Offer stellar customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and managing any issues with professionalism.
- **Performance Tracking**:Monitor sales achievements, maintain records, and report on your successes and customer insights.
- **Goal-Oriented**:Strive to meet or surpass sales targets through dedicated efforts and strategic sales approaches.
- **Feedback Collection**:Act as a bridge between customers and our brand, gathering valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Maintain Excellence**:Keep your promotional space tidy and welcoming at all times.

**Benefits**:

- Basic salary $1500 - $1700 depending on experience
- Tiered 1%-1.5% monthly individual commission
- Additional sales incentive for selected kitchen appliances. (ranging from $20-100 per item)
- 14 Days Annual leave (upon confirmation)
- 14 days medical leave (upon confirmation)
- 5 ½ days work week (must work weekends and public holidays)
- Double pay on public holidays
- Sign up bonus up to $1000 (upon confirmation)
