**Roles & Responsibilities**

Synergy AVL Pte Ltd is a rapidly growing company established in 2007. It offers a vast variety of services focusing on Construction & HVLS industry. Synergy AVL’s services range from providing superior professional equipment and HVLS design to skilled production, installation and technical support.

RESPONSIBILITES:

- Knowledgeable in installation/troubleshooting of Residential Ceiling Fans.
- Experience in Electrical Works ,Carpentry & False ceiling Patching
- Verify interoperability of all components for a complete working system
- Provide coordination with other Supplier, as necessary
- Positive ad effective interaction with internal and external customers
- Perform on-going engineering support, as needed
- Perform field and support and troubleshooting, as needed
- Assist other departments with technical support issues
- Ability to work overtime when required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have documentable experience
- Ability to think and work independently in fast moving and challenging environment & meet necessary deadlines
- Effective interaction with employee, customers and colleagues
- Proficient with test and calibration equipment
- Valid Class 3 driving licence
- Highly motivated with strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication, exemplary customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and good team player
