**Role: Associate Enterprise Account Executive**
As an Associate Enterprise Account Executive, you will be working alongside our senior Enterprise Sales Executives to drive deals and grow some of our largest and most strategic customers in Southeast Asia. The Enterprise Sales team is UiPath’s primary leader and sponsor for the customer, responsible for overall account growth and customer satisfaction by managing key relationships and ensuring the customer achieves value from UiPath’s solutions.

You will work closely with Enterprise customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. This role would provide great exposure and experience for someone looking to grow opportunity into an Enterprise Sales Executive in the future.
What you'll do at UiPath:
- Work alongside and support our senior Enterprise Sales Executives to assess their territory / market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize UiPath’s revenue potential in Southeast Asia
- Streamline workflows for our senior Enterprise Sales Executives by helping them with sales operations, quote generations, deal registrations, updating of sales CRM, etc.
- Drive warm deals to closure by presenting, pitching and selling UiPath solutions with a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally
- Identify new opportunities within the Enterprise client group, and engage meaningfully with key decision makers
- Forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet the division’s targets and company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, remove and report blockers, and create a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a culture of sales excellence; drive consistent implementation and adoption of sales processes, pipeline management, keep track of success KPIs and your sales performance
What you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree holder is preferred
- 1 - 3 years of relevant sales experience in the tech / SaaS space
- Currently based in & eligible to work in Singapore
- Strong proficiency in English language, in both written and verbal aspects
- Good to have carried sales KPIs before, and a track record of successful conversions and healthy pipeline generation, especially in new business acquisition
- You have a data driven approach to account planning, and are able to proactively identify opportunities from business discussions
- Familiarity with sales processes such as quotation generation, deal registrations, updating of sales CRM, etc.
- Been exposure to SaaS sales techniques and lead generation / marketing activities
- Have an understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strong presentation and communication skills to engage & relate to all audience types, including C-Suite decision makers
- You have a high attention to detail, and are process driven and meticulous by nature
- You have the passion and motivation to excel in a sales-focused role
- Ability to work self-sufficiently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment, and you are a high energy, motivated self-starter
