As the Commodity Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Developing and managing internal and external relationships to provide sustainable cost, quality, availability, and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policies.
- Partnering with a diverse stakeholder base to lead and develop multiyear commodity strategies based on business/market intelligence, long-term analysis of the category/commodity, and the supply ecosystem.
- Acquiring and maintaining industry, market, and technical knowledge of commodities.
- Leading supplier sourcing, selection, and performance management.
- Negotiating purchasing contracts, statement of works, and pricing for goods and/or services.
- Driving cost-saving opportunities in partnership with suppliers and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Developing new supply chain models for new or existing products or services.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field of study with 6+ years of relevant experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience procuring capital equipment.
- Experience with cost-plus-type programs is helpful.
- Willingness to travel up to 10 percent of the time.
- Working with multifunctional groups at various levels of management across cultures and time zones.
- Supplier management and negotiations in a multicultural environment.
- Influence win/win outcomes with suppliers and business partners based on detailed analysis.
- Procurement policies, contract law, and benchmarking concepts.
- Data analytics: to break complex problems into smaller components for resolution.

**Work Model for this Role**

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
