**General Responsibilities**:

- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Generate new marketing ideas and campaigns to grow our customer base
- Support creative development to motivate our target audience to “take action”
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Track and monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Organise marketing events

**Must-Haves**:

- Good understanding of the full marketing mix and company’s customer base
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong project management and administration skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

**Nice-to-Haves**:
