**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety Management System
- Perform investigations based on feedbacks and complaints from customers and ensure Corrective Actions and Preventive Action (CAPA) completion to resolve food safety or quality issues.
- Provide food safety-related trainings for the staff.
- Conduct and facilitate internal and external audits.
- Promote “Food Safety” culture within the company.
- Assist with regulatory inspections
- To do other ad-hoc duties and project as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- BRCGS/ HACCP/ ISO 9001/ ISO 22301 /HALAL standards.
- Food safety knowledge
