**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Summary**
Be part of a growing, and dynamic company that offers an array of F&B and lifestyle offerings across online channels and physical locations.

We’re looking for a key team member for the implementation of marketing and communications strategy to drive financial objectives while growing brand awareness, footfall/traffic and loyalty in line with the desired positioning of the brands.

The individual will support all marketing campaigns, partnership programmes and public relations activities and events related to the various F&B and lifestyle brands, guided by the following responsibilities:

- Assist with the branding, development and end-to-end implementation of marketing strategies for all brands
- Collaborate with key business units to generate and implement marketing ideas and promotional calendar for the brands
- Seek out potential opportunities, local partnerships and programmes to increase marketing reach, build customer base and strengthen positioning of the brands
- Manage the briefing, copywriting and creation of all promotional collateral (across digital and print channels) with key business units and design agency to ensure effective selling and promotion through compelling content and visuals
- Plan, build and grow a following across various social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, RED, WeChat, Weibo, Linkedin) through the optimisation of paid media and generation of content ideas and assets
- Cultivate relationships with key media personnel and manage media invites, tastings and all public relations activities
- Adopt a customer-first approach and manage the customer journey needs to ensure seamless and effective user experience on digital platforms and physical locations to facilitate the rollout of marketing initiatives
- Analyse market and competitors research for existing and new-to-market brands
- Manage the briefing of photography/videography shoots to ensure content assets are on-brand and optimised for use across various marketing channels
- Assist in the planning, support and/or execution of events or activities organised by the company
- Assist in communications that are related to reputation management of company and brands
- Ensure holistic and smooth tracking of all marketing expenses and review performance of marketing initiatives and activities
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
**What we need from you**
- 2 to 3 years’ marketing communications experience in the F&B industry
- Highly-motivated, independent and results-oriented creative thinker
- Proactive and comfortable to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent writing skills and competent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong project management skills with effective end-to-end campaign management
- Good knowledge of the media, technology, trends, general news and cultural nuances in local markets
