**Job overview and responsibilities**
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of all maintenance functions on shift at the assigned location(s) ensuring these activities are performed in a safe manner in accordance with schedule requirements and in compliance with all established Company, regulatory and manufacturers procedures
- Assigns vendor aircraft maintenance technicians and related personnel in accordance with requirements to achieve maximum productivity and cost control
- Ensures their team has the appropriate resources available and holds them accountable for the work assigned/performed
- Oversee safety and security of aircraft and maintenance operations to ensure regulatory compliance of technical operations activities
- Provide leadership and direction to on shift vendor workforce to maximize productivity and output whilst ensuring necessary resources are available
- Execute station performance goals and objectives aligning with divisional and company goals
- Maintain a high level of awareness of operational, safety and human resource related performance objectives
- Maintain a high level of communication with other divisions and vendor employees within the station
- Report status of operations, highlighting significant events to leadership whilst providing direction to assigned station personnel to ensure station and divisional objectives are achieved
- Unite and collaborate within the group to support additional growth in the region

**This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.**

**Qualifications**:
**Required**
- High School Diploma, or equivalent / FAA A&P Certificate or EASA qualifications with widebody fleet types
- 5 years in the aircraft maintenance industry
- Extensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations and applicable FAA regulations
- Certification of Airworthiness on Boeing Fleet
- Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Must have valid passport and willing to travel

**Preferred**
- 2 years in a leadership role in the industry
- Strong background & technical knowledge on fleet types operated and maintenance programs
