QAqc Engineer

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to immediate superior.
- To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime
- Develop project QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans as well as procedures and follow up actions through programmed surveillance visits to the suppliers and sites.
- Develop and Implementation of project QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans as well as procedures.
- Interpret Construction and Technical Drawings from the Clients.
- Communicate engineering/technical/ quality requirement to team individual.
- Co-ordinate with the client and site construction team for Installation, Testing and commissioning works.
- Prepare Inspection Test plant for the project according to the Client’s Requirements.
- Prepare QA/QC procedure for the project according to the client requirements.
- E&I material inspection at source and prepare punch list and clearance.
- Perform Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance test for Electrical and Instrument systems.
- Field Inspection of Electrical and Instrument Installation.
- Conduct regular inspection & audit of site documentation system.
- Assist the Construction team in E&I installation.
- Attend pre-inspection planning meetings/progress meetings.
- To monitor the progress of projects.
- Effective implementation and coordination of receiving inspection and disposition of non-conforming materials and equipment.
- Target to achieve zero NCR for Electrical and Instrumentation Installation.
- Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc
- Attend pre-inspection planning meetings/progress meetings
- Ensure implementation and following the guideline of the company quality management system as laid out in the company ISO 9000 quality manual
- Demonstrate ability to lead a team of at least 20 E&I Technicians/ QC inspectors.

**Salary**: $2,865.00 - $4,297.00 per month
