We are looking for a** Purchaser** to join our Procurement team in Neste Engineering Solutions.

**Your part in Neste journey**

In this role, you will support / build / cooperateYour main responsibilities include
- Procurement:

- Source services and materials for all Neste Singapore functions in co-operation with Neste Group procurement
- Run procurement process in co-operation with Neste Singapore departments from supplier identification to purchase order and material receiving
- Participate in commercial negotiations with material and service providers
- Arrange expediting of critical orders
- Maintain list for preferred suppliers and negotiate frame contracts with selected suppliers
- Arrange archiving of contracts and other commercial documents
- Optimise vendor base and continue to look for competitive and reliable source
- Identify opportunity that can add value and generate cost optimisation
- Purchasing using Bio+:

- Make sure that daily Bio+ activities for procurement functions are timely and correctly done
- Continuous Process Improvement - to identify and drive process improvement ideas
- Commodity Category Management
- Consumables
- Lab Services and Equipment
- Waste Management
- Services
- Participate projects and committees as assigned
- Participate and contribute to Company safety, health and environment related activities, procedure, process and programs

You will work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement process comply with Neste’s procurement SOP. You will report to the Procurement Manager in Singapore.

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- _Diploma in Business Administration with 8 years of experience or degree with 2 years of experience._
- _Professional experience (field, length, what type of environment )_
- _Competent Procurement knowledge / experience, Vendor management, Negotiation skill_
- _Team player and wide purchasing network and resources_

The recruitment process will include interviews and possible aptitude assessment.

The person selected for the position must pass a health examination. A security clearance is obtained for the persons with their consent.
