**Recruitment Consultant**

Reporting to Managing Director of Singapore you will be working as part of the dynamic and multinational Recruitment team, and ultimately build a business unit within the Aurex Group business, with the responsibility of prospecting and account-managing a select number of new and existing key multinational and large regional accounts across our emerging market operations with a focus on permanent recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build out the LNG, Oil and New Energies desk spanning EMEA, Singapore and SEA regions
- Manage the permanent desk and ultimately build your own profitable business unit within the company.
- Build and manage client base and proactively build new clients across the region.
- Network to identify new business opportunities through utilising your and Aurex Group’s strong network and market experience
- Have an active Client facing role, whilst managing specific Key Accounts
- Formulate and manage international recruitment assignments both on Contingent, Exclusive, Retained and through floating profiles to clients.
- Work closely with your manager and other team members, to develop and implement relevant action plans for specific regions primarily EMEA, Singapore and SEA regions
- Work to the values of the organistion through good work ethic while encouraging team work.
- Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to Client expectation
- Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness
- Effective communicate business pipeline/forecasting to your manager.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets that area set between yourself and your manager.

Skills & Competencies:

- At least 5 years of 360 recruitment experience in the energy and natural resources industry
- Outstanding communication skills with an ability to engage in a range of presentation styles. This includes written and verbal communication as well as effective sales presentations.
- Experience delivering retained search mandates with a commitment to quality driven outcomes
- A growth mindset, high aptitude and always seeking opportunities to learn
- Ability to consider differing view points
- Bachelors Degree
