**Job Overview: Debate Trainer**
We seek a trainer with a competitive debate background, proficient in WSDC and BP formats, and experience teaching English programs (MOE, SATS, IELTS, or TOEFL). Trainers will deliver lessons using provided materials and conduct on-site programs in Singapore schools.

**PROGRAMME DETAILS**
- Description: You will conduct debating classes weekly (or as instructed)
- Date: Start date depending on school approval and processing; Every Monday during semester time (or as instructed)
- Sessions: Undefined; throughout the year (or as instructed)
- Timing: 1500-1730 (2.5 hours)
- School Location: West side
- Honorarium: $50/h
- More information on school, etc. will be provided once shortlisted

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct engaging training sessions for students based on the curriculum developed by TGCEG.
- Provide feedback on student’s performance and behaviour periodically.
- Execute classroom management for small group lessons.
- Tailor teaching methods and content to accommodate the diverse learning needs and interests of students.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- MOE-IRS certified instructor
- 2 year's experience in debate training/facilitating
- Comfortable with technological tools (for podcasting)
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and able to work independently.
