**Your role**
- Are you a real estate expert with strong negotiation skills? Have you got a track record in maximizing portfolio performance? Do you want to be part of formulating and implementing our strategies?

If so, we are looking for someone like that to:

- source, research, underwrite, monitor/manage select indirect property investments in APAC:

- conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities
- analyze and stress test investment returns underwriting
- analyze the partner/manager track record and capability
- ultimately, provide an assessment on the quality of the property/pipeline asset(s), investment strategy/business plan(s), and overall investment opportunity
- prepare written initial recommendations and final proposals for investment opportunities and present these recommendations/proposals to the Investment Committee.
- coordinate the execution investment opportunities with internal/external legal and/or tax advisors.
- closely monitor and provide reports summarizing the performance of investments and managers to ensure they are on track to achieve their targeted business plans and risk/return objectives. This will include regular review meetings with the managers together with review and analyses of any available fund/investment reporting.
- provide recommendations for buying/selling/holding of existing investments
- drive the overall management of selected portfolios:

- including portfolio construction, strategy setting and implementation
- monitoring of portfolio metrics
- prepare and effectively deliver client reporting/communications about portfolio and investment activity / performance / strategy
- understand and effectively communicate the short-term and long-term outlooks for APAC property markets, including the impact of economic trends and market fundamentals.
- actively engage existing clients and drive new business development initiatives; build a significant network of industry contacts and be a leading advocate for our platform and broader organization.

**Your team**
- We are a global team, focused on global real estate investing and, therefore, construct global portfolios for our APAC-based clients and invest into APAC real estate on behalf of our clients around the world. In order to support our continued growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and dynamic investment professional, whose primary focus will be on sourcing, analysing and executing investment opportunities, in addition to active (risk) management and monitoring of closed/ongoing investments as well as a secondary focus on portfolio management and reporting responsibilities, engaging with existing clients (internal and external) and being a key contributor to business development / capital raising initiatives.

**Your expertise**
- a strong background in real estate investing, an ambition to produce results, and a desire to create value for your clients
- ideally 5 years work experience in the real estate industry (with a particular focus in the APAC markets)
- experience making unlisted, indirect real estate fund investments (including co-investments and club deals) and/or have experience making direct real estate equity and/or debt investments
- an excellent understanding of the property markets and broader investment markets
- a strong understanding of financial and accounting theory and practice; excellent financial modelling skills
- outstanding analytical and communication skills. The ability to critically analyse ideas and proposals is key to this post and therefore extensive experience in an analytical role is essential; local language fluency will be view positively
