Singapore SBS TRANSIT RAIL PTE. LTD. Full time

**Primary Objectives of Position**
- To support the Benefits Shared Service Centre team to administer rewards, employee welfare and benefits, and engagement programmes in accordance to statutory/legislative, business unit and Group rules and policies

**Major Responsibilities**

1) Medical Matters
- Medical benefits administration for outpatient specialist, inpatient, polyclinic, A&E and panel clinics bills
- Issue letter of guarantee to hospitals and maintain database
- Issue letter of guarantee for cancer patient and handle cancer patient bills
- Submit all inpatient and outpatient specialist claims for staff through batch form to AIA for reimbursement of in/out patient and maintain database
- Follow up on incomplete document from claimant for re-submission
- ASO submission and prepare proper documentation for AIA submission.
- LOG co-payment recovery and prepare recovery forms for Payroll to process
- Managing BCs and staff claim enquiries
- Managing Death claims
- Handling EOBs and follow up with employees on missing documents for all bus ops

2) Leave Matters
- ESS leave error report checking and follow up
- Assist in generating reports as and when required by depot heads
- Attend to enquiries regarding ESS Leave

3) Work Injury Compensation
- Manage Work Injury Compensation cases
- Events and Wellness
- Support centralised events

4) Reports
- Coordinate monthly Light Duty Report to HQ

**Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma with at least 1-2 years of HR experience
- Good knowledge in Employment Act, Child Development Co-Savings Act,and Work Injury Compensation Act
- Digitally savvy with intermediate competence in MS Office suite
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to be able to deal with our primary stakeholders of whom converse mainly in English and Mandarin
- Preferred IHRP certified
