About Our Client
Our client is one of Asia's leading producers and distributors in the retail/FMCG sector where they are fast growing and have markets across SEA such as China, Japan, Korea, Middle East etc. It is an engaging position where the incumbent will have regional exposure across its operations across SEA.

**Job Description**:

- Reviews subsidiary accounts and prepares Group Consolidation packages
- Reporting Group Consolidation packages to Management
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior accountant in relation to consolidation process
- Assist with reviews of internal controls across business units
- Periodically review business agreements and maintain document retention
- Support Group and Regional Finance Controller on local and regional tax matters.
- Consult with tax agent on tax planning issues and document tax discussions
- Monitor periodic Transfer pricing status of the Group and insights of the impact on PL
- Monitor and drive transfer pricing compliance and other transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transfer pricing planning and maintenance
- Develop and maintain relationships with local tax teams
- Assist with corporate secretarial work, liaisons with corporate secretary

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Consolidation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or ACCA or related field
- Experience in audit background will be a good advantage
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel skills
- Good communication skills, proactive and willing to learn
- Meticulous, detailed and organise team player
