**Job Description**:

- Responsible for evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation
- Responsible to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
- Responsible for taking off measurement & timely submission of progress claims and reports
- Responsible for administration of contracts and sub-contracts documentation.
- To liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors for all project matters.
- Other Quantity Surveyor duties as assigned
- Attend site visits (if necessary)
Job Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering/ Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience in Singapore building projects( preferably with LTA Projects)
- A good understanding of structural and architectural finishing works for building projects
- Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD etc
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
