**Job Summary**

As a **Lifestyle Sales Specialist**, you will be the face of the company, responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their renovation needs, and recommending suitable design or package solutions. You will also provide excellent after-sales support and help ensure a seamless customer journey.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Customer Engagement**
- Greet walk-in customers and understand their home renovation needs.
- Provide professional advice on products, packages, and services.
- Conduct showroom tours and product demonstrations.

**2. Sales & Consultation**
- Promote company products, renovation solutions, design services, and ongoing promotions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

**3. Customer Service & Follow-up**
- Ensure smooth handover to project/operations teams after sales confirmation.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships with timely follow-ups.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.

**4. Showroom Operations**
- Ensure the showroom is clean, presentable, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and participating in marketing events.

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any field.
- **1-3 years of retail sales or customer-facing experience** preferred (experience in interior design, furniture, or home-related industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
