Service Delivery Field Support Engineer

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage post implementation support issues (fault call tickets)
- Conduct post implementation review as part of quality process
- Participate in regular operations review meetings, including operational issues, tickets review etc.
- Conduct internal training as part of knowledge sharing
- Prepare Network/Security analysis reports, including findings with analysis
- Provide Level 2/3 operations support for Network and Security infrastructure
- Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards, both internal and clients’ organization
- Bi-monthly after-hours standby support (24x7) for a week.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- CCNP Technical certification will be preferred
- Experience from System integrator environment preferred
- Knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols.
- In-depth knowledge of security firewall and VPN technologies
- Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.
- Polite and able to communicate well to the clients
- Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work in extended hours and on duty
- Hands on experience in the following products will be advantageous:
- Cisco routing/switching products (mandatory)
- Cisco ASA Firewall and VPN
- Cisco ACS/ISE
- Cisco Firepower
- Palo Alto firewalls
- Checkpoint
- Juniper
- Fortinet firewalls
