Provide operation and administration support on system infrastructure according to the agreed service levels
- Minimum 3 years in Microsoft Server administration
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- System administration
- Backup and recovery administration
- Server security administration
- Performance and fault management;
- Report requirements;
- Server management support. Type of system infrastructure includes: (a) Physical Servers; (b) Virtual Machines (VMware, Hyper-V); (c) Windows Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO); (d) Storage (SAN, NAS); (e) Backup (Veritas, Backup-exec, backup appliance).
- Type of Operating System includes: (a) Windows Server 2012 R2 and later versions of Windows; (b) Windows Server 2016.
- Personnel must be trained and mínimally be proficient in the following areas: (a) Network technologies and protocols; (b) Network configuration; (c) Network utilization and performance monitoring; (d) Network fine-tuning, incident troubleshooting, interpretation of statistics and traffic pattern; (e) Firewall rules configuration and security setting; and (f) IDS/IPS, CDN implementation and IPv6;

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
