**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform all necessary duties related to Homecare finances.
- Generating of receipts for clients upon receiving payment.
- Coordinating with clients / family members on collection of fees, ensuring prompt payment of service.
- Manage cash collections, overpayment, and outstanding payment.
- Responsible for preparing all necessary documents purchases and payments.
- Assist in Customer Satisfaction Survey report for all clients upon discharge.
- Coordinate procurement for consumables for Home care team.
- Update all operational files and schedules.
- Manage front desk duties and attend to calls and walk in enquiries.
- Perform and assist in data entry.
**Requirements**:
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
- Relevant experience in finance will be advantageous.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Systematic and attentive to details.
- Possess can-do attitude, good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Possess basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
