As the Head of Department of Poker Games you are expected to analyze the industry trend and provide operations strategy plan to drive headcount and business revenue. You are also expected to prepare marketing plans with various promotions, events & tournaments related proposals according to the recent trend within the industry. You are also expected to manage and support the whole department or the team to operate smoothly with excellent customer service.

**_Responsibilities _**
- Conducts short-and long-term planning and management for poker events and sales.
- Recommends, develops, and implements effective marketing plans for generating poker event revenues.
- Leads event team to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
- Analyze all customer play and transaction in shift and monitor Poker Floor managers and resolve customer complaints regarding problems, such as payout errors.
- Maintain control of all card table games and ensure adherence to all rules and inform team members for all action initiated against customers.
- Create comparisons and analysis report based on the industry and competitor's marketing trend to have better foothold against the market 7. Analyze past marketing plans and provide recommendation for future use in order to improve the effectiveness of the marketing strategy
- Deal with various Department Heads to re-align the promotions or events resort wide and obtain necessary information, documentation, support which is required to execute a promotions, events & tournament

Maintain familiarity with all games used at a facility, as well as strategies or tricks employed in those games and train new employees or evaluate their performance.

**_Qualifications _**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field of study
- A minimum of 3-5 years work experience in the related field
- Experience in Poker Tournaments and Poker Cash Games are required
- MS Office skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with management, employees, and other relevant parties
- Excellent customer service skills and flexible
