Primary Purpose

You will be part of a dynamic retail business environment and have the opportunity to work with SEA marketing team to support the rollout of Omni channel marketing activities including CRM, Direct Marketing and e-Commerce. As part of this internship, you will have the opportunity to plan, refine and launch our brands’ VIP program. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support on the development of CRM to target recruiting new customers.

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to..
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research on new consumer trends and loyalty program mechanics to understand and enhance local VIP program for Coach
- Evaluate existing Coach VIP program and propose ideas to fine-tune our offerings by leveraging on omni use/insights from the market
- Harmonize and define key customer metrics across SEA to ensure consistency across markets
- Support on the launch for CRM/CDP platform for Kate Spade in Singapore and Malaysia
- Support on the launch of E-Commerce Site for Coach Singapore
- Analyze and research into competitive landscape
- E2E planning and execution of a (test) launch
- Assist with training and briefing to store teams

- Currently pursuing a Business degree with Marketing major will be an advantage

- Highly curious and proactive in learning about the industry and marketing best practices
- Strong market research skills with the ability to segment and quantify customer segments
- Effective communication skills both orally and in writing
- Team player and has effective project management skills
- Comfortable with data reporting
- Good working knowledge in MS Word and Excel; prior exposure to Power BI will be a plus
- Preferably from a Data Analytics/ CRM background
