Quality Assurance

The QA Engineer is responsible to maintain effective QA processes and controls to ensure that performance and quality of products conforms to established company, international (ISO) and government regulation standards and agency guidelines.

**Responsibilities**

The Engineer will have the opportunity to support cross Business Units. His key responsibilities is to ensure Quality Assurance Processes and controls are maintained:
According to Established Company Guideline:

- Prepare and submit Monthly BOR (Back Office Review) Report and CoPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) Report
- Register Mechanical parts into SAP for receiving incoming inspection progress
- Inspect Incoming goods and move through SAP as IQC (Internal Quality Control) pass/fail. Failed items handle with supplier as well as record IQC report and delivery OTD (On Time Delivery) data
- Handling customer complaints, DPI cases and send reports to customer if necessary
- Maintain Company procedure, Forms, manuals and documents at internal portal (DMS), update master lists versions as well as create new documents where required
- Prepare Minutes of Management Review and Context of Organization
- Update legal register document
- Prepare Company Objectives yearly
- Prepare and update Company Manual and Risk Assessment related documents for the entire department

According to International ISO standards and agency guidelines
- Lead Internal Audit arrangement, conduct audit for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards, and resolve the findings/observation/NC (Non-Conformance)
- External Audit preparation and support to auditors to achieve all the ISO standards certificates and clear off any non-conformity after audit
- Prepare bizSAFE Star and other certificates like SGBC (Singapore Green Building Product), SCA (Singtel contractor accredited) certificate, documents to perform audits and maintain all the certificates
- Perform internal meters calibration as well as maintain internal/ external meter's calibration records and its certificates.

Perform Testing on Equipment
- Print new systems serial number and update for production and QA
- Conduct key customers FAT and support testing if necessary.

Other Projects
- Conduct Fire drill activation yearly 2 times and update reports
- Conduct safety committee meeting /tool box meeting quarterly and update accordingly
- Prepare Singapore National Environment Agency (NEA) reports for yearly submission
- Prepare environmental report like electricity, paper, recycling wires, cotton boxes etc
- Perform as safety officer in organization. (Attending safety officer course)
- Perform as First aider and update first aid boxes items
- Arrange Noise and Air quality test for the organization
- Circulate SGSecure bulletin to all the staffs once received from Singapore SGSECURE

Additional Responsibilities and Tasks
- Support Field Service Department when required
- Conduct supplier audit and prepare audit reports

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experiences in electrical/electronic industry and on ISO processes
- ISO9001/14001 and 45001
- IEC/IPC qualified or equivalent
- Experience in ISO Process and Quality Control will be an advantage
- Able to review process flow and write work instruction procedure
- Proficient in relevant IT programs
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Customer service experience
- Good organization skills
